11.01.2011 Nina Hagen attended the Duogynon Lawsuit. The pharmaceutical company Bayer was accused of producing bad side-effects by their medicine Duogynon on pregnant women and their babies. The hard consequences were happening already in the early 70-s, but the first accusations were rejected, and new action on this was taken only now. Thousand of women complained of having serious health problems of their kids. The hearing of the case was held in Berlin, after which Bayer was discharged. The court was asked to open Bayer files, but it got a refusal after so many years. Nevertheless, the current investigation will be passed to the higher authority. Nina is struggling against compulsory
psychiatric treatment as well, due to the fact, that many people were
cruelly harmed because of using old forcing treatment techniques. The
new German organization Patverfü, who's
patron Nina is, protects the rights of people, keeping them from being

Фармацевтическая компания Байер была обвинена в причинении тяжёлых побочных эффектов своим препаратом Duogynon беременным женщинам и их детям. Тяжёлые последствия происходили уже в начале 70-х, но первые обвинения были отвергнуты, и заново делу дали ход только теперь. Тысяча женщин жаловались на серьёзные проблемы со здоровьем своих детей. Слушание дела проходило в Берлине, после чего Байер был оправдан. Суд попросили вскрыть документацию Байера, но был получен отказ за давностью лет. Тем не менее, данное расследование будет передано в высшую инстанцию. Нина также борется против принудительного психиатрического лечения, в связи с тем фактом, что множество людей были жестоко покалечены в связи с использованием старых силовых приёмов лечения.
